  • Valid passport or Sentri/Global Entry required.
  • Bring $10 donation to cover transportation costs ($20 per family).
  • Registration required by the Wednesday before each trip.
  • Spanish *not* required!
  • Meet at 9:00 a.m. at St. John’s Church in Chula Vista the morning of the trip (760 1st Ave, Chula Vista 91910).
  • You may leave your car at St. John’s. We drive together in a 15-passenger van.
  • We are usually back at St. John’s Chula Vista around 2pm.  Keep in mind that the border wait is unpredictable.  Thanks for your patience & flexibility!
  • You may bring a lunch or snack to eat in the van as we wait in the border line.  Regarding meats, fruits, and vegetables: only bring as much as you can eat.  We cannot take these items back into the US.
